Q:	How long does it take to make my goods?

For all CUSTOM MADE METAL PRODUCTS it takes approximately 4 weeks from the time you approve the art. Of course, if you have an event date you have to meet, we will try our hardest to meet your date. This can be confirmed before you place your order.

PERSONAL ID items generally take around 7 days to make and dispatch from the time you approve the art.

Q:	What should the art work that I send you look like ?.

A:	The better the art we have from you, the better we can produce your product. We have to draw the art in a specialized computing program which talks to our machinery. Preferred file are pdf eps jpg Saved as vector files, converted to curves and lines using Ai or corel Draw.
